Westminster Centre offers ample parking for office and retail tenants. Office tenant parking is located on the P3 rooftop parking, which is conveniently located adjacent to the 3rd floor of the building. Tenants on the east side of the office floors can overlook their vehicles from their office windows.

The typical parking ratio is 3 per 1,000 square feet of office space, however, we can accommodate slightly more than this ratio for select users. Monthly charges for parking are low compared to buildings in the vicinity and the Greater Vancouver area. Free customer parking is provided in conjunction with the retail floors in the building.
